The selected design, size and VYLMORA shade are checked against the order details before preparation.

Visible finish

Hardware & closures

Zips, buttons, snaps and other visible closures are considered as part of the final product review.

Final presentation

The jacket is prepared for delivery with the intention that its first impression reflects the VYLMORA standard.

Every VYLMORA jacket is intended to be worn for years, not seasons. Thoughtful storage and appropriate cleaning help preserve its appearance, comfort and character.

Store on a structured hanger in a cool, dry place.
Protect from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture.
Spot clean gently when needed and follow the garment care label.
Genuine leather styles should be cleaned only by a professional leather specialist.

Day return window

Eligible standard items may be returned by notifying us within 14 days of delivery. You may inspect and try on the jacket as you would in a shop; see our Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours, if an item arrives damaged or defective. This does not limit your legal rights.
